Business Filings & Records Online Services

The Secretary of State provides several online services which relate to the business database.
These services can all be selected from the list below. Some services require ADOBE PDF reader.   To download a free copy, please click here.

• Search the online business data base by organization name or identification number
  
  Once an organization has been found and displayed, you can:
• NEW! View and print a reinstatement packet for organizations that have been administratively dissolved.  Requires ADOBE PDF Reader
• NEW! View and print a Statement of Change of Registered Agent/Office and a Statement of Change of Principal Office.  Requires ADOBE PDF Reader
• View and print a copy of the current annual report form, if one is due. Requires ADOBE PDF Reader.
• File an annual report online, if one is due
• File a renewal of an assumed name online, if one is needed
• View a list of available microfilm records
• View a list of available imaged documents, and select and view them. All corporate documents filed with the Office of the Secretary of State on September 15, 2004 or thereafter are available as scanned images. Documents filed prior to September 15, 2004 will become available as the images are scanned.  Requires ADOBE PDF Reader for documents stored as PDF files.
• Purchase any available certificate for the organization
• View current officers, as listed on the last annual report filed
• View the founding officers, and inital board of directors
  
• View the status of a prepaid account, and add funds to it using either a credit card or a bank draft (ACH or EFT) transfer.
  
• Search for current officers by name
  Check the availability of your chosen business name
  
• Search for registered agents by name
  
• Search for founding officers and directors by name
  
• File an annual report for a corporation, professional service corporation, or limited liability company
  
• File a renewal for an assumed name
  
• Validate a certificate purchased and printed online
