Welcome! You can find information on organization status, registered agent and address, initial directors, current officers, date of incorporation, address of principal office, activity history for the business and any assumed names.

Searches may be performed by keying the entire business name or a portion of the business name. Example: BLUE will display Blue Bird, Inc.; Bluegrass; etc. A minimum of four characters must be entered.   Click here for additional search tips. After entering the name pattern, click on Search or hit Enter to perform the search. A maximum of 200 records will be returned for your search. 

If you know the Organization number for a company, you can retrieve the company information by entering this number.

Once an organization has been found and displayed, you can:

• NEW! View and print a reinstatement packet for organizations that have been administratively dissolved.  Requires ADOBE PDF Reader.
• NEW! View and print a Statement of Change of Registered Agent/Office and a Statement of Change of Principal Office.  Requires ADOBE PDF Reader.
• View and print a copy of the current annual report form, if one is due. Requires ADOBE PDF Reader.
• File an annual report online, if one is due 
• File a renewal of an assumed name online, if one is needed
• View a list of available microfilm records
• View a list of available imaged documents, and select and view them. All corporate documents filed with the Office of the Secretary of State on September 15, 2004 or thereafter are available as scanned images. Documents filed prior to September 15, 2004 will become available as the images are scanned.   Requires ADOBE PDF Reader for documents stored as PDF files.
