Online Business Database/Assumed Name Renewal

You can now search for information on businesses, renew your assumed name, and file your annual report using our On-Line Business Database.

Simply key the company name into the search field and click on Search or hit the Enter key. Searches may be performed by keying the entire business name or a portion of the business name. Example: BLUE will display Blue Bird, Inc.; Bluegrass; etc. A minimum of four characters must be entered. Click here for additional search tips.
