Correction statements can't be filed online.
Limitations for on-line initial or in-lieu filings
A maximum of 3 debtors.
A maximum of 2 secured parties.
A maximum of 8000 characters of collateral information.
No attachments can be submitted.
Trust/trustee filings cannot be made online.
You must pay with a credit card or your
prepaid account.
If making an in-lieu filing, you can continue or amend up to five financing statements.
Limitations for amendments
Amendments which delete a secured party or a debtor can't be filed on-line.
Amendment combinations cannot be filed online.
Additional Capability for Amendments
A debtor change/add amendment can change a maximum of two debtors' names
