Teresa James Action: APPOINTED

By virtue of the authority vested in me by Section 12.040 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes, I, Steven L. Beshear, Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, do hereby approve the appointment of Teresa James, Frankfort, Kentucky, as Commissioner, Department of Community Based Services, Cabinet for Health and Family Services.

This Order is effective August 16, 2012.
